Tiffany found yoga in a high school gym class, but it wasn’t until a few years ago, needing a major change, that she decided to become certified to teach kids’ yoga as a way of opening herself to the universe’s offerings. Shortly after, through a series of serendipitous happenings, she found Puma, enrolled in teacher training, and became a part of the tribe by completing 200-hr. Teacher Training Program. Now, yoga quiets her mind and changes her outlook, and she finds inspiration in the simplicity of Namaste.
Tiffany brings a true desire to make the world a better place and a passion to help others to the studio. This shows up in the fun, energetic, giggly, and peaceful classes she teaches, as she shares sense of meaning and calm that she receives from yoga with her students. Students leave her classes feeling warmed by the joy and light she emits.
