Before Savannah fell in love with the challenge of Barre, she became a registered yoga teacher in 2013. As a competitive soccer player, she grew to appreciate how yoga could help her on and off the field. Once she began coaching, she knew she had to go through Yoga Teacher Training at "It's Yoga" in Cincinnati in order to integrate yoga into their training schedule. Savannah knew from her personal practice that all of the
strengthening, core work, balance, and breath work would enhance her team's performance as much as it did her own.
While she encourages the physical benefits that yoga and barre can bring, she knows that it goes much deeper than the surface. Through her practice, Savannah has learned to stay fully in the present moment as her daily practice, whether challenging or calming, keeps her grounded in acceptance of whatever comes up for her on and off the mat. Savannah wishes to share and inspire others through yoga to be the best version of themselves!
