Simply put, Sarah is in love with yoga! Since her first class back in the 90’s, she was hooked. Sarah teaches yoga for the enjoyment and loves sharing this passion with others.
Her belief is, “yoga is about uniting the breath, body, and mind. It is a beautiful journey inward, which results in outward changes.” Her teaching style is empathic and fun while having the ability to meet each student where they are as an individual. Sarah has taught a wide variety of classes from Power to Prenatal to chair classes for senior citizens. She is committed to her belief that yoga can be accessible to all levels and backgrounds of students.
Sarah's professional experience includes 20 years in social services, first working with adults with severe mental illness and then with marginalized seniors. While not teaching, Sarah enjoys time spent with her husband Justin and their son, Max.
