Samantha, who sees the magical in everyday life, began working at Puma Yoga to further immerse herself in the Puma community. As a desk yogi and as a teacher trainee here, Sam has worked to build her practice and learn from other teachers. She brings a friendly face and a listening ear to the studio, grateful for the stories people share with her.
Samantha brings a sense of self-love to her practice and her classes, and she believes that yoga encourages her to show up for herself throughout the rest of the day. She makes it her goal to pass this presence on to the people she meets.
