Working as a high school teacher, Mary found yoga as a way to relieve stress, heal the physical body, and learn confidence and self-love. As a yoga teacher, she brings this gratitude for the benefits of yoga to each of her classes by helping others find that same purpose and meaning in their own practice.
Mary completed her training with the 200HR Puma Yoga Teacher Training program in 2017 and continues to give back to the community she grew up in. Students in Mary's classes leave feeling blanced, grounded and centered.
