A native Clevelander, Jill found yoga in 2007 when her doctor suggested that it might bring her relief from the anxiety, depression, and panic attacks she was suffering from. Her doctor was right! Yoga has changed Jill’s life.
A generous person, Jill took her practice to the next level by sharing her practice with others as a teacher. Whether it’s a core strengthening, power, or meditation class, she makes it a goal for her students to experience and feel things in their practices, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
