Jennifer’s path to yoga was established through the advice of her Mom to try a local community class. Quickly developing a passion for her practice and yearning to fill a void in her life that yoga replenished, she completed her 200 hour teacher training with Marni Task in 2009.
As a certified Jivasara teacher, inspiration for her classes is drawn from the Jivamukti and Anusara principles of yoga, integrating the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of yoga. Her power vinyasa classes weave through various heart-opener poses, uniquely set to uplifting music and quotes.
Jennifer’s classes offer students a physically challenging, vigorous and dynamic practice where foundations are built and mind-body connections are made. Through her classes, she hopes to communicate the joy, peace and serenity that yoga brings, teaching others that yoga can guide our thoughts, words, actions and behaviors.
