Jenna began her yoga journey while trying to balance Type 1 Diabetes, anxiety, and self-esteem issues, and what she discovered was much more than just how to overcome those hurdles. She believes yoga connects us through breath and movement – not only to ourselves, but to others. Yoga gives individuals a deeper look at life, gives us the ability to love deeply. and puts a pause on stressors.
Taking An artist at heart, Jenna enjoys photography and videography as well as playing the flute and bass guitar. She complete Puma Yoga's 200-Hr Yoga Teacher Training in 2018 and now looks forward to spreading and sharing the benefits of yoga to the Puma community.
