Erika began practicing yoga in 2014 as a way to maintain physical and mental balance in life. What she found as she immersed herself in to her practice was yoga not only improved her level of patience, but also improved her overall outlook on life! Over the years and as her practice evolved, Erika made the decision to dive in to teacher training and completed her 200 Hr training at Puma Yoga under the guidance of Maria Perme and Melissa Russo.
Erika's love of natural history, nature, and education flow in to her teaching style which is fluid and strong, bringing you to a safe, introspective awareness on your mat.
