Compassionate and joyful, Dana felt the direction of her path shift the moment she entered a local yoga studio. Following her spirit’s cravings, she began a practice, and the immersion into combining movement, breath, sound, and inquiry led her to a 200-HR teacher training program in Nosara, Costa Rica. From there, Dana continued her yogic education in prenatal yoga along with other healing modalities like Ayurveda and Reiki, and most recently completed a 500-HR Yoga Certification.
Taking her inspiration from a continued desire for self-awareness and acceptance, Dana guides students with gentle and clear assistance, whether it’s a challenging Vinyasa flow or blissful, restorative movement. She often incorporates pranayama, chanting, and meditation into her classes, creating a sacred space for students to journey inward.
