Born and raised in Cleveland, Carl discovered Yoga as a training tool as a college athlete at Kent State. After graduating, Carl pursued his Yoga training at the Yoga Lounge in Hudson and became a certified 200 HR CYT in May of 2014.
Carl brings a slow but challenging style of yoga to Puma. His classes are upbeat and emphasize alignment, while building strength and length in the body.
Carl is a firm believer in the ‘practice’ of yoga, as a means of honoring ones self to grow everyday on and off the mat. When he is not practicing yoga, he enjoys Crossfit, massage, good books, and cooking.
