Bilyana radiates a kind and brave spirit through her warm smile. After beginning a yoga practice to reduce stress and heal her mind before bed, she found that she was making great mental and physical progress. This healing inspired her to get involved in the yoga community and deepen her practice in a new way. Already trained as a group fitness instructor and crisis-intervention specialist, Bily expanded herself by completing the 200-HR Puma Yoga Teacher Training program in 2017. She’s since found herself passionate about the mind-body connection that makes yoga a unique practice.
Inspired to provide fellow yogis with tools they can use to feel strong, calm, and capable, Bily creates a feeling of home---of comfort and belonging---to all who join her on the mat.
