Annie began practicing yoga 10 years ago because "something about yoga felt right." She wanted to and believed she could connect to something bigger than herself through yoga. Over time, that is exactly what happened. Since then, yoga has become a practice that continuously morphs into what she needs it to be: gounding, comforting, challenging, rejuvenating. Annie's desire to help and connect shines through her welcoming smile and open heart as she greets our customers at the front desk.
