Annie began practicing yoga 10 years ago, because 'something about yoga felt right.' She wanted to and believed she could connect to something bigger than herself through yoga and she did. Since then, yoga has become a practice that continuously morphs into what she needs it to be: gounding, comforting, challenging, rejuvenating. Annie's desire to help and connect sihnes through her welcoming smile and open heart as she greets our customers at the front desk. Annie finds joy through greeting and assisting our diverse customer's along with she is a great cook, and loves photography.

Child's Pose/Balasana: Child's pose helps me to stay centered and reach inside. The pose is the physical embodiment of turning inward. Child's pose is where I feel safest.
