Mat Rental
We offer mat rental at the studio for $2 and encourage you to purchase your own mat. We carry a variety of eco-friendly yoga mats including Manduka and Jade Yoga.
General Class Pass and Membership Policies:
- All membership and class passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- There are no extensions on memberships or class passes.
- Memberships and class passes begin on the date of purchase.
- All classes must be paid prior to participation. We cannot accept IOU's.
- Schedule, classes, teachers are subject to change.
- No extensions due to studio closure for emergency or weather conditions.
- **Student Rates are valid for high school students through undergrad (age 25). Please present a current ID and class schedule at time of check in.
- Visa, Mastercard, Discover, checks and cash are accepted as payment at the studio.
- Discounts of any kind do not apply to gift certificates.
Refund / Cancellation Policies
Workshop Policies:
If you cancel 72 hours prior to a scheduled workshop, your workshop fee can be transferred to studio credit minus a $15 processing fee. Please contact the studio by email (info@pumayoga.net) or phone, 216.221.6265. No credits will be issued within 72 hours of a workshop.
If the studio cancels a workshop you have the choice of an account credit or refund.
Private Yoga Session Cancellation:
Your session time and the teacher's time is reserved for you. If a private session is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the session, the fee will be charged in full.
Auto Membership Cancellations:
Memberships are auto-renewing. They can be cancelled via email (questions@pumayoga.net) after a minimum of 3 months and with a 30 day written notice.
Privacy Policy:
Puma Yoga uses your registration and contact information for registration purposes only and to contact you regarding classes for which you have enrolled. Puma Yoga also sends informational emails to our mailing list.

We do not sell or share any of your information to any other person or entity.
